NS with PNSD

NS(National Service) with PNSD(Police National Service Department)

1st week is like shit, still trying to adapt.

tuesday - after lunch with family then tio many crap stuff liao. wear jeans run here run there den cut hair den wait here wait there.

wednesday - morning PT is not like PT at all. havent learn PT drill so just do some simple stretching but many cockppl keep doing wrong things den make everyone kenna pump. den got ppl say injure all that but the Field Instructor just say "fuck off and continue".

thursday - learn the PT drill. as usual, the xiong part is not the PT drill but those pumpings that we do for adjusting or wrong steps and such. those reasons for pumping all crap lah. lucky last time in NACC pump until no kick liao. haha.

friday - wah. PT tat time got 10+ fall-out. my squad got 1 guy asthma and 1 more guy back pain until lie on floor cannot move den see MO tio light duty. the most tiring exercise is Buddha Clap, whereby u leave up ur hands like buddha den do a clap above your head. 50 counts den hands remain parallel to the floor den do 20 small rotations den 20 big rotations den 20counts of 4 buddha clap like jumping jacks but dun need to jump. tat one.. my deltoids cannot take it sia
ahaha. and not forgetting jumping jacks, we did 100+. ahha! after PT is breakfast den foot drills, halfway thru foot drills got CAP one, den we all go back barrack slack for 1hrs+ den lunch den slack again for 3hrs+ den prepare to book-out le. HAHA. damn slack. becoz got ppl still changing uniform sizes all that, so they cant just train 1sqd, must be all sqds ard than can train. WEE~~ den change to half no.3 with white shirt. den fall-in. i thought wun tio pump, skali i wrong sia. he ask "this morning PT xiong enough or not, tiring or not" we ans "YES SIR" den he ask "then u all have enough energy to book-out or not" we ans "YES SIR" den tio pump liao loh? HAHA! ans YES or No also tio 1 lah FUCK! after that still got tio many things lah, but i dont wanna type out coz like auntie lah, so longwinded. last night fx also say i go one ns become auntie liao. -_-

later i book-in liao lah. 9pm. next week hope i dont tio confine sia.
7hrs to book-in, 5days to book-out!! wo0!

time for a break from the Technoworld!

i am so excited coz i can take a break from all these hi-tech stuff like laptop, tv and so on, just like when I went to Mawai! it feels really damn good. ahaha =x weird?

I'm in the obese, PES BP!! i think it's gonna be fun. haha. lotsa deodorant :D
10 underwears and nothing else matters!

some events for the past mth includes:
-pot luck at my house which left my house with tons of food :D (pictures will be up when i can find my cable coz i pack it into a box and forgot which box is it)
-canoe polo ivp which i supported. HAHA. damn exciting. like my heart also jumped out! and i think eliza like damn pro lah =x

lastly i wanna say 'WAH LAO' coz nacc going to Pengarang for expedition lah. gonna be like so damn fun. lotsa of them dun feel like going but they are gonna regret coz overseas expedition, even if not fun, it will definitely still be damn enriching 1. if ya got the money, just go!

gonna moved house on the 12th September- enlisting on the 11th September which means i wouldn't be around. haha.

updates on some events over the month,
-celebrated Singapore Dragon Boat Festival at SDBA. BBQ buffet! (bu fei cai guai!)
-bought nintendo DS lite! (nice gadget, i just completed Digimon World DS)
-went for Lex and Jiaying's Full Colours Award aka Awards&Appreciation Nite 2007
-worked for MOH dragonboat event and another event at Bedok reservoir (MONEY)
-i didnt support RD as i was occupied but i am happy it went well :)


Freak Accident (june 2007):
look at the stitches. fascinating? yea, it's a cross-stitch done by the talented doc.(Prof. Aziz). he stitched the flesh under my nail, then put my nail back and stitched against the surface of the nail to hold it down, to protect my 'real' wound.
stitches removed. much nicer now eh? but u must be wondering what about the hidden stitch. yes yes! u are right! it's still there, even now while i'm typing this, i can see the thread. the doctor or the nurse forgot about my hidden stitch. now i try to pull it out, it F**King pain. so i shall leave it there and hopefully it comes off as my new nail grows.

Sprinters lao jiao Chill-out session, July 07

gym-phobia not a problem!

had my first gym session after that freak accident and everything went well. my shoulders like no power anymore but i will train it back to shape. =X hopefully.

past weekend was nacc.sprinters' National Canoe Champs. not very well-done but at least they tried their best =)

now, for the new house, the tiles, toilets, sofa, tv are settled.. now for my room, i have to get cupboard, tv, table, aircon and windows(i think?)

with the stitches removed, my toes ain't that sexy anymore. my nails like dangling and i still can't run but at least i can walk normally already ;)

really nothing much to blog about this few days.

went malaysia today and bought lotsa of junkfood. HAHA.

yet another morning which i wake up to go to toilet and end up not able to get back to sleep. have been sleeping too much lately and havent been using any brain thus not tired i guess.

watched Transformers and it was great. i gonna get the DVD and slowmo on those parts where they transform and see how those 3000 moving parts all coming together and form those cool robots :D i like Jazz coz he's funky. ahah. AND AND Starscream's chinese name is Xing Xing Jiao.

nothing much this few days coz im still recovering from freak accident!! i promise i'll swim and run more after i recover. no more gym please. =x

yong tofu supper

okay! i've decided to keep track of my life so that it wouldn't seem like it past with a blink of an eye!

went to have supper with some canoe buddies like lex, jiaying, kel(who drove the car), bernard and liangcheng. the yong tofu was not bad just that the que was long. there was this auntie who came wanting to sell packet tissue den i suddenly remember about the McDonald's advertisement about the increase in prices due to GST den i dun dare to buy sia. skali she say "xiao di, tissue qi jia le leh $1.20!" den i peng sia. ahaha. also got this siao uncle, while walking pass our table den say "queue up until die ah" den he was looking at our HOT yong tofu lah, it seems like sour grapes ah.

just now bernard lend me his Steam account so now while recovering from that freak accident of my 2 poor toes, i can play Counter-strike all day long. my life would be - sleep, eat, cs, tv , cartoons :D:D:D allll the way till 11th september :D i can see that when i enter Police Academy, i would look like a ball :D
